This year’s event is focused on the evolved customer journey, so we knew we had to think critically about how we could improve and even elevate the Retail Innovation Conference & Expo experience. That’s why we’ve made a few updates to the venue that we're excited to share.

Conveniently located just minutes away from downtown Chicago and a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Lake Michigan, we’re heading back to McCormick Place. But this year the event will be re-locating to a new area within the venue – the West Hall! This new event space will allow for a more convenient and easily navigable space. The keynote room is directly connected to the expo hall, and conference sessions are just an escalator ride away. No more sprinting between the expo hall and conference sessions!

But that's not all. This year, timing for sessions in the expo hall will not overlap with the conference sessions. This strategic arrangement allows you to map your event journey seamlessly and ensure you have ample time for networking, connecting with vendors and suppliers, and securing a seat in the conference sessions — all without breaking a sweat!
